We create and celebrate a culture which respects the potential of psychedelics and the related practices and philosophies they inspire.
Whether you’re a seasoned psychonaut, working to integrate revelations from a profound experience, or just a little curious, we offer a space of knowledge, support, education and play. Come explore – wherever you are on your journey.
We are about more than just psychoactive substances. We subscribe to the broader, original meaning of ‘psychedelic’ – a ‘soul-revealing’ or ‘mind-manifesting’ experience that can come through many means.
We advocate for the healing potential of psychedelics and the practices they inspire. With a deep appreciation for science, a reverence for nature and a respect for the wisdom of long-established traditions, we cultivate playgrounds for self-exploration and deep connection.
Our events programme offers a kaleidoscopic range of nourishing & transformative practises to support your wellbeing and inspire growth, including:
- Authentic relating & conscious sexuality
- Meditation, reflection and philosophical contemplation
- Creative expression through movement, voice and ritual
- Talks on the science of psychedelics and mental health with leaders in the field

The PAR campaign for “Psilocybin Access Rights” consists of a group of volunteers campaigning for the rescheduling of psilocybin in the UK.
Despite research which suggests that psilocybin has numerous potential treatment applications in mental and physical health, it is currently designated a Schedule 1 substance, implying that it has “no medical value”. We are calling on the UK government to review the evidence, reschedule psilocybin and make it accessible for researchers and doctors to prescribe to patients who could benefit.
Since launching in August 2022, we have petitioned the government, run the UK’s first psychedelic ad campaign and have enlisted more than a thousand people to write to their MPs.
We are, in essence, an activist group that not only aims to spread hope about the potential benefits of psilocybin for those that are suffering, but believes that access to this medicine should be considered a civil rights issue.
If you too believe that scientists should be allowed to follow the science and that people in the UK should have legal pathways to access psilocybin, please join us!
For information on how you can support the cause and volunteer your time or skills please visit our website.

Kindred Spirit is the UK’s leading guide to mind, body and spirit and was founded in 1987 by Richard Beaumont and Patricia Yates following the inspiration of ‘The Harmonic Convergence’ in which thousands of spiritual seekers gathered at sacred sites throughout the world.
Since the very first issue published in November 1987 the magazine has featured all kinds of discoveries, whether they be in the field of spirituality or physical health and well-being or revelations concerning the inner workings of the human mind. New and progressive forms of complementary healthcare such as Zero Balancing and Holographic Re-patterning appear in Kindred Spirit next to articles on angels and the latest explanation of the workings of Stonehenge.
Kindred Spirit continues to offer a variety of wisdoms, investigations and windows into the huge remit that comes under the title of mind, body and spirit. We are here to put forward some of the alternatives, in line with a natural wisdom that elevates us all.
