A chance for healthcare professionals to experience psychedelics, guided by practitioners who’ve dedicated their careers to this work.

Outdoor patio with pink stucco arches, black metal table and chairs with purple cushions, surrounded by green plants and trees.Table with lit candles, crystals, a glass of water with a rose petal, and a bouquet of colorful flowers with a blurred Buddha statue in the background.

You’ve read the articles, watched the documentaries, and listened to the podcasts.

You know how much potential psychedelics have for healing.

For you and for your patients or clients.

This is your chance to not just know it, but to experience it to the depths of your being.

What it is

A safe way to experience the healing potential of psychedelics

This isn't a clinical training. It's a chance to experience the full depth and power of this work yourself — in nature, in community, with plenty of space to integrate whatever comes up.

This is your chance to:

Explore psychedelics first-hand, from preparation through dosing and integration

Learn from experienced psychedelic therapists  who bridge clinical and ceremonial spaces

Connect with a community of other practitioners who are interested in this work

Take time and space for your own deep healing and growth

Who this retreat is for

Maybe you’re curious about bringing psychedelics into your practice. Or maybe you’re being called to explore your own healing.

We created this retreat because we kept hearing the same thing from practitioners: "Theory isn’t enough, I need to experience it for myself. I need to understand this work from both sides.”

While you will definitely be learning about psychedelic therapy through this experience, you will also be going through your own personal process — with all of the mystery and magic that entails.

Who this retreat is for

Maybe psychedelics cracked open a door for you...

Showing you something about consciousness, reality, or yourself that you can’t un-know. Now you’re curious about Dharma as a way to keep exploring that territory.

Or maybe you’re coming from the other direction: you’ve found something meaningful through meditation and Buddhism, and you’re wondering what might open up with psychedelics.

Jen's Dharma talks (and they were Dharma talks, well and truly) were one of the best parts. My relationship with the dharma had felt stale, but this retreat revitalised it.

I do this work because:

It fills me with such joy and a deep sense of purpose to witness people go through profound transformation over the course of just a few days.

And because I get to work alongside some of the best, kindest humans I’ve ever met.

Because I know from my own experience that there’s an entire universe within us, filled with the most exquisite qualities — and I’d love everyone to find their way to it.

Because the world needs more people who’ve dared to crack open their hearts.

How psychedelics changed my life:

They’ve given me unforgettable, unequivocal, first-hand experiences of some of the core concepts of my Buddhist path — and many spiritual traditions.

They’ve shown me, or reminded me, what it means to be human.

They cut through the bullshit.

They’ve opened my eyes even wider to natural beauty, to patterns, to the mystery.

They’ve helped me not lose touch with playfulness — with joy, with being silly, being creative.

They’ve given me some of my fondest, most precious memories of time with friends.

They’ve helped me drop deeper and deeper into the universe within.

They’ve helped me be more honest — with myself, and with others.

They’ve given me a taste of what real connection feels like.

A book I wish everyone could read:

Mainly, I wish everyone would spend as many hours as they’ve spent in school, university, at work, or reading books practicing meditation, becoming familiar with the inner workings of their own mind, and opening their hearts.

My advice for someone getting ready for a retreat:

There’s nothing you can experience that your body/being cannot process. Everything that arises is but the manifestation of your own inner universe — there is literally no thing to fear. Openness, softness is our greatest strength.

I do this work because:

I feel inspired by the energy of transformation, of being witness to and changed by the uniqueness, vulnerability and bravery of everyone who comes on retreat. Each retreat offers a new glimpse of what and how we can know.

How psychedelics changed my life:

In a really gentle and sustained way actually. They helped me feel more allowing of everything that is, and reminded me of my place amongst the web of living things. They helped me meet and process some of the deepest grief in my life.

But more than anything, they invited a humility about what the mind can cognitively know, which as an academic is much needed medicine! This made way for a sense of awe and reverence that alongside somatic practices and dharma, has broadened and softened my everyday experience.

A book I wish everyone could read:

Anam Cara by John O’Donohue. Poetry for your soul! A book to dip into when you feel the call to tap into the expansiveness of tenderness and beauty.

My advice for someone getting ready for a retreat:

Bring your comfiest, softest clothes made of natural fabrics. I get really sensitive to scratchiness and man made fibres in ceremony!

Move, move, move! Whether that is a gentle yoga practice, shaking it out through dance, or walking in nature, let your body be with and move through any pre retreat nerves and deep emotion.

Areas of Special Interest

My practice centers around transpersonal therapy, trauma healing, and the integration of body-based approaches. I have studied and am deeply interested in internal family systems, systemic family constellations, breathwork, and meditation practices. My work encompasses various forms of body psychotherapy, creating a holistic approach to healing and transformation.

Education & Training

Formal Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling

Specialized Training:

  • Transformational Breathwork Training (Modules 1-4)
  • Three-year apprenticeship with a highly experienced psychedelic guide
  • Two-year training in Shamanism and the Medicine Wheel

I do this work because:

I've never done anything that's made me feel more fulfilled or in my right place. Witnessing people's transformations throughout their experience fills me with awe, and I'm constantly learning from the insights and courage that participants share. I'm equally passionate about the supportive, fun environment we create together as a team – that sense of community is a huge part of why I love this work.

How psychedelics changed my life:

The insights I've received have put me on a trajectory toward more authentic living, bringing significantly more peace, happiness, and fulfillment into my life. These medicines have been profound teachers in my own journey of becoming.

A book I wish everyone could read:

The Tao of Fully Feeling by Pete Walker

My advice for someone getting ready for a retreat:

First, consider reading the book I mentioned above – it's invaluable for understanding emotional processing.

Second, practice Yoga Nidra, particularly focusing on the art of letting go. Both will serve you well in your journey.

Education & Training

  • Diploma in Mindfulness-based Core Process Psychotherapy (Karuna Institute, Bristol)
  • Essence of Tantra Dharma Series (Mudra, Devon)
  • PhD in Social Work and Sociology (Cardiff University)

  • Embodied Yin Training 50 hrs (Authentic Flow Tribe, Portugal)

  • MSc Social Science Research Methods (Cardiff University)
  • MA Social Work (Cardiff University)
  • BA International Relations (Exeter University)

What is it

The Core retreat is where most people start their journey with us.

You’ll embark on a full six-week programme of transformation, with a five-day retreat and guided psilocybin journey at the heart of things.

If any of these resonate with you, you're probably in the right place:

You're stuck in patterns you can't seem to shift, no matter how much you understand them intellectually

You feel like you've hit a wall with therapy, and it feels like there's something underneath that you just can't touch

Young woman sitting cross-legged on the floor smiling as she hands a red carnation to an elderly woman seated in a chair.

You're craving real connection — with yourself, with others, and maybe even with something bigger than all of us

Two people holding hands over a patterned blanket, symbolizing comfort and connection.

You're interested in how psychedelics can help, but you want to make sure you're in a setting that's professional and safe

What to expect from your journey

This isn’t just a trip—it’s a full six-week journey designed for deep, lasting change.

Before the retreat

Set the foundation for a profound journey.

  • Live group preparation call with facilitators
  • Curated resources & exercises to help you set intentions
  • Pre-retreat connection with your group
Table with small polished stone mushrooms, a lit white candle, a blue feather, and a clear quartz crystal on a striped cloth.
at the retreat

Go deep and connect — with yourself, others, and the universe.

  • Guided psilocybin ceremony in a safe, supported setting
  • Daily transformational workshops & practices
  • One-on-one support before and after your journey
After the retreat

Integrate your experience fully to create real change in the real world.

  • Three live integration calls for ongoing support and transformation
  • Tools to integrate your insights into daily life
  • Continued group support and community

If any of these resonate with you, you're probably in the right place:

You're stuck in patterns you can't seem to shift, no matter how much you understand them intellectually

You feel like you've hit a wall with therapy, and it feels like there's something underneath that you just can't touch

You're craving real connection — with yourself, with others, and maybe even with something bigger than all of us

You're interested in how psychedelics can help, but you want to make sure you're in a setting that's professional and safe

  • Essence of Tantra Dharma Series (Mudra, Devon)
  • PhD in Social Work and Sociology (Cardiff University)
  • Yoga Nidra Training (Now Studio, Bristol)
  • Shake the Dust Training 50 hrs (Authentic Flow Tribe, Portugal)
  • Embodied Yin Training 50 hrs (Authentic Flow Tribe, Portugal)
  • Yoga Teacher Training 200 hrs (Cardiff Yoga School)
  • MSc Social Science Research Methods (Cardiff University)
  • MA Social Work (Cardiff University)
  • BA International Relations (Exeter University)
